Pandanus View

Noosa National Park is a beautiful place to visit. The unique colours and vistas to be found there have been a source of inspiration for several of my favourite paintings. This is a view from the park coastal track looking across Laguna Bay in the late afternoon. Sunlight and shadows play on the rich greens and sharp lines of the Pandanus tree. This provides an interesting contrast to the fluid blue and turquoise ocean ripples, and the earthy hues of the rugged shoreline below.
