This painting always lifts my spirits, like a breath of fresh sea air. The inspiration for this work came from a camping trip that I was lucky enough to enjoy on beautiful North Stradbroke Island. I enjoyed exploring the stunning beaches on an ideal summer’s day. I was dazzled by the vibrant colours, the clarity of the water and the vivid light of the sun, reflecting off the white sand. A perfect day to be at the beach.
