Manly is a vibrant seaside suburb of Brisbane. I often enjoy walking along the harbour front and taking in the relaxing view of the boats moored in the crowded Marina. On this afternoon I was inspired to capture the variety of colours and shapes in this classic Manly scene. Clear blue sky overhead and a forest of tall white masts in the foreground. And on the hill behind, the red tiled roofs and white walled houses glow in the warm sunlight, contrasting with the trees and deep shadows along the harbour wall.
